Roxanne Goodman, our bilingual agent (fluent in Spanish), has been with the Agency since January 2001. She started as a part time employee while attending school in Austin. Not in a million years did she think her part time job would turn into the carrier path for her, but here we are 19 years later, and she is still delighted to be working with our team. In 2004 she secured her General Lines Personal Property and Casualty License and has enjoyed assisting members with their insurance needs and protecting their assets. Making sure every member knows they are valued and appreciated is her mission.

Roxanne is a Texas native. She has been married for 25 years and has three children. When not working, Roxanne enjoys family movie night at home or at the Drive-In. She also enjoys volunteering at her children’s schools. She believes in greeting the day with a grateful heart, living in the moment, and leading with love.
